World Asthma Day.
In commemoration of World Asthma Day, the Department of Pediatrics at the Faculty of Medicine in Zintan organized a free screening day for children with respiratory allergies on Monday, May 11, 2026. The event was conducted under the supervision of a select group of consultants and specialist physicians, with the participation of medical students.
This initiative was organized by the Community Service and Environment Office, in cooperation with a team of students, with the aim of contributing to health awareness, providing medical services to children, and strengthening the faculty's role in serving the community.
This initiative is part of the community and humanitarian activities that the faculty is committed to implementing to support children's health and raise awareness about asthma, respiratory allergies, and how to manage them.
