As part of its ongoing commitment to promoting a culture of quality and advancing the educational process, the Faculty of Human Medicine – Zintan participated on Thursday, 9 July 2026, in a workshop entitled "Medical Sciences Course Specification: Quality Standards and Best Practices." The workshop was organized by the Quality Department of the Faculty of Medicine and General Surgery at the University of Zintan under the supervision of the University's Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Office.

The workshop targeted faculty members from the Faculties of Medicine and General Surgery, Dentistry, and Medical Technology. It focused on the mechanisms for developing course specifications in accordance with quality assurance and academic accreditation standards, contributing to the enhancement of academic programs, the alignment of learning outcomes with the requirements of modern medical education, and the adoption of best practices in course design and development.

The workshop was attended by Dr. Issa Al-Amyani, Dean of the Faculty of Human Medicine – Zintan, along with a number of faculty members from the college, reflecting the Faculty's commitment to strengthening its academic programs and improving the quality of medical education in line with national and international standards.
